Man I love this film. I don't usually watch found footage horror but heard that this was something of a hidden gem. The mystery and atmosphere absolutely gripped me and 'those' scenes with the mannequins throughout the film got under my skin more than most scares. It's just a shame that the sequel fell flat. I haven't watched the third one yet, the second one really deflated my excitement to keep seeing where the story is going to go. As a standalone though Hell House LLC is an amazing film.

Just got a notice for a Delaware LLC I never used..
It says I owe the state of Delaware $1165.00. I guess this is because I didn't pay the annual fee and the late fees accrued? Is it normal for the balance due to get so large? Should I bother paying the fee? Do I still have to file for dissolution, or can I just let it be? Will this affect my ability to open a new LLC in Delaware in the future?
My gf's dad lied about income on a 2006 tax return and he also created a llc 4 months before separating from her mother and taking everything in the divorce. Illegal? Can she do anything now?
So yesterday my girlfriend was showing me the divorce papers and agreements her mother and dad made and i started to notice some odd stuff...The first red flag for me was on the taxes her father filed compared to her mother. They filed separately and her mothers form was accurate and normal for a restaurant owner in my opinion. (My tax return knowledge is limited) But the numbers all correlated and fit to me. But when i look at her dads it just doesnt seem right. He owns his own business aswell (He owns a backhoe service) but On paper he was making a large amount less than her mother. It struck me odd because i always hear from my gfs mother, her brother and her he has always been the bread winner of the house. Long story short he was lying on his tax return. He always took cash for a job and nothing else apparently and i see why. I decided to google his company and when it appears i see LLC beside it. So fast forward 2 hours and i discovered he became a llc on may 26 2006 and they separated in August of 2006 4 months after. My girls mom had nothing when they separated and only had a public defender who didnt even show up on the court date! Her dad had a payed attorney and the money to take everything. He only payed 50 dollars a month for 2 children and keep mostly everything in the agreements. Basically what I'm asking is can she do anything now to change it? Is making a llc to hide assets four months before separating illegal? The 2006 taxes from them is the taxes they used in court. They say nothing about a llc on them and he lied about the income he makes a year to make the child support and loss less. She never noticed this because of no representation and she was just ready to move forward with it all she im assuming. So is there anything she can do? I live in South Carolina

How does MaxFun Work? What’s the structure? Is it 501c(3) or just a lovely LLC?
I’ve always wondered, how does MaxFun work? Is it a 501c3 that facilitates art patronage & cross promotion? Is it a buisness that hires content creators as independent contractors? Is it an intergalactic trade organization with a plan to colonize our moon and steal all the good cheese?
Buenas!
